4 days to LFM. Planned on fairly easy 4 miles today but (again) changed my mind and opted to insert 4×200m strides at about 5k pace throughout the run.

Hill repeats

6xhill at 6:15 pace. 2 mile easy warm-up and cool-down. Right quad tight again just as I though I’m over it. Will need to nurse it to health over the next 2 weeks so we are going to run conservative.
